Tips for Hosting Multi Day Events at Wildwood Chapel

Planning a multi day event takes more than a good schedule. The space has to support how people gather, rest, reconnect, and return the next day ready to continue. We host more than weddings at Wildwood Chapel and Event Venue, and we often work with families, teams, and groups who want one place that carries them through an entire weekend.

Located in Paris, Arkansas, and serving Logan County and surrounding areas, our setting near Mount Magazine gives multi day events room to breathe. Guests are not rushing in and out. They settle in and stay present.

Spaces That Shift With Your Schedule

Multi day events work best when each day feels purposeful, not repeated. Wildwood Chapel seats up to 75 guests and is often used for meetings, presentations, or smaller group gatherings. Our adjacent venue accommodates up to 100 guests and works well for group meals, celebrations, or larger sessions.

Outside, the chapel grounds accommodate up to 140 guests and include two flagstone patios and an arbor beside a large pond. These areas give hosts flexibility for casual evenings, shared conversations, or moments between structured activities.

Kitchen Access That Keeps Planning Simple

Food planning can feel complicated over multiple days. Our on site kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, freezer, and serving counter. Restaurant grade coffee and tea makers are also available and are commonly used throughout the day.

We encourage families and groups to bring their own food. That may mean finger foods, cultural dishes, or shared meals that fit the flow of the event. This approach helps hosts keep things practical and personal across several days.

Sound and Social Flow

For music, announcements, or light entertainment, we provide a Bluetooth sound system that connects easily to a phone. Inside, there is a movable bar, along with an outside bar available for patio use. These features allow the space to transition naturally from daytime activities into relaxed evenings without a full reset.

Staying Close Helps Events Flow

Many multi day events benefit from nearby lodging. Mount Magazine State Park Lodge is about five minutes away and offers 65 rooms along with overlooks at the top of the mountain. Guests often stay there and return to the venue throughout the event, which keeps travel simple and helps everyone stay connected.

A Setting That Encourages Time Together

Our property includes more than 20 acres with a pond, open grounds, and wooded surroundings. Wildwood Chapel itself is a restored one room schoolhouse built in 1903. The setting feels grounded and welcoming, which encourages guests to slow down and spend time together across multiple days.

Bringing It All Together

We regularly host family reunions, corporate events, birthday celebrations, and baby and bridal showers that take place over a weekend or longer. Each group uses the space differently, and we are familiar with helping hosts think through how each day can flow comfortably.
