The Wildwood Estate and Chapel offer a range of indoor and outdoor options to ensure your event goes smoothly. From workshops to networking events and smaller meetings, we have the perfect setting for you.

Inside, the Wildwood Chapel accommodates up to 75 guests in a warm, functional environment. The adjacent venue offers space for up to 100 guests, perfect for larger groups or events that require more room. For outdoor gatherings, our 20+ acre property features two flagstone patios and an arbor by the pond, providing a beautiful setting for breaks or post-event mingling.

Supportive Service for a Smooth Event

At Wildwood Chapel & Event Venue, we understand the importance of attention to detail for corporate events. Our team ensures that your event runs smoothly from start to finish. With a Bluetooth sound system in place, you can easily manage audio for presentations or background music.

We also provide a movable bar inside and an outdoor bar for patio areas, so your guests can enjoy refreshments throughout the event. In addition, our kitchen facilities include a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee makers, offering flexibility for catered meals, snacks, or even bringing your own food.

What’s Included and What to Plan Separately

Our venue provides all the essentials to ensure your event is successful. We offer seating for up to 75 guests in the chapel and up to 100 guests in the adjacent reception area. Our outdoor areas can accommodate as many guests as you need. Our venue also includes a bridal suite and a groom's room, both perfect for preparing before or during the event.

However, please note that event catering is not provided by the venue. While we have kitchen facilities, we encourage you to bring in your own food or partner with a local caterer to craft a menu that suits your event. You can request a quote or proposal through our contact form for more details.

Scenic Views 

Just ten minutes south of Wildwood Chapel & Event Venue is more than just a meeting space. The Mount Magazine Lodge  there offers beautiful valley views from various overlooks, providing scenic views of the entire  valley north of the mountain.

We can schedule your ceremony at several different outlooks. Following the ceremony there, we can schedule your reception at either Wildwood Chapel or Wildwood Estate. There are plenty of photo opportunities for you and your guests to capture special moments throughout the event.
